With no annual fee

    • Domestic: 1.75% + $0.30 per transaction
    • International: 3.60% + $0.30
  • American Express
    • Domestic: 1.85% + $0.30 per transaction
    • International: 2.30% + $0.30
  • Discover Network
    • Domestic: 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction
    • International: 2.90% + $0.30

Optional additional payment methods:

PayID (Optional)

  • Create PayID: $0.25
  • Update/Status Change of PayID: $0.25
  • Transaction fee: $0.65
  • Effective cost for PayID at checkout is 1x create and 1x transaction – $0.90

BPAY (Optional)

  • $0.80 per transaction

Direct Debit (Optional)

  • Transaction Fee: $0.25
  • Rejection fee: $2.00

IVR Phone Payments with MW (Optional)

  • Setup fee: $0 for the standard IVR (MW Branded), quoted individually for customised IVR
  • Merchant Service Fees the same as the Credit/Debit card option shown above with the fixed-fee portion replaced with $0.95

IVR Phone Payments on BAKKBONE VoIP (Optional)

  • Requires a BAKKBONE VoIP connection (SIP Trunk, 3CX Hosting, 3CX License – starts from $425/yr which is around $35/mo)
  • Uses your MW Credit/Debit Card facility, pricing as above
  • Setup around $150-$300 in most cases unless particularly complex, maintenance included as long as you’re with BAKKBONE VoIP
